In this multi-week course, Hannaford Registered Dietitian, Katy Magoon-Fredette, RDN, LD will explore a variety of nutrition topics and themes. Each week, nutrition themes will come to life with hands on recipe demonstrations, trivia, and more. Themes that will be explored this session include DIY Spice & Herb Packs, Make Your Own Salad Dressings, Smoothies VS Juicing, Explore the Produce Department, and Healthy Frozen Food Finds.

We will continue to offer the gift card and product swag bag to one engaged class attendee each week just like this past fall session.
