Chair Yoga
Facilitator: Amy Cielinski
Classes begin with centering and guided breath work, then movement is coordinated with the breath. Many postures can be accessed using the chair as a prop without going to the floor. We conclude with Meditation. Please have a folding armless chair or something comparable. A yoga strap is helpful, or a man’s tie a good substitute.
