10 Weeks (9/12- 11/14) Mondays 8:30 9:30AM

ON CAMPUS Muldoon Health & Fitness Center

Low impact exercises to develop endurance, strength, balance, flexibility. 

Participants work at their own level.  All are welcome!

Can you please put out a notice to RISE that the Exercise class will run for 3 more weeks after Thanksgiving.

11/28, 11/30, 12/5, 12/7, 12/12, 12/14

8:30am-9:30am

The last class for the semester will be WED 12/14.
