Chair Yoga

Practice Yoga while sitting in an armless chair and using the chair as a prop for standing postures-asana. We begin as a group with guided breath control-pranayama, then conscious movement coordinated with the breath, completing the practice with relaxation-shavasana, and meditation
Please have a folding armless chair or something comparable. A yoga strap is helpful, or a man’s tie a good substitute.
