Yoga All Levels
10 Weeks-(9/15- 11/17)
Thursdays 1:00 - 2:30 PM ON-LINE ZOOM
We start our yoga practice together seated comfortably on yoga mats and engage in guided breath control-pranayama, then begin conscious movement coordinated with breath. Postures-asana will be seated, standing, lying on back, and stomach, and kneeling? We conclude together in relaxation-shavasana, and meditation.
