In a relaxed, book-discussion format, we will explore two novellas by Nobel Prize winner and father of Magical Realism, Gabriel Garcia Marquez. The first story, No One Writes to the Colonel, is from 1961. The second, Chronicle of a Death Foretold, was written 20 years later in 1981. These novellas will provide perspective on one of the most famous authors of the twentieth century.
